Lisa Roese: Integrative Counsellor, Coach & Body Worker

I use a multi-modality approach to support people in attaining wellness on every level. As a Counsellor, Coach and body worker my skills span the whole spectrum of physical, mental and emotional health. It is my aim to facilitate physical well being, personal development and emotional healing for my clients.

Through years of experience and specialized training in Anatomy, Physiology, Therapeutic Massage and Yoga I’ve developed my own style of body work: Neuromuscular Therapy relieves Pain and tension by improving musculoskeletal, circulatory and neurological functioning. Pressure and techniques vary according to individual requirements and treatments either focus on specific conditions, areas of tension or the body as a whole.

I am passionate about helping people transform difficulties into opportunities for growth, to this end I’ve studied Psychology, Counselling and Coaching for many years. I’ve volunteered as a Counsellor & Group Facilitator for the last 10 years and I now Counsel individuals, Coach Office Staff and run Support groups in a private capacity. As a Counsellor and Coach I support people in dealing with challenges from all possible angles: Counselling addresses blocks by exploring deeper emotional issues and past experiences that may be holding us back while Coaching focuses on personal or career goals and designing steps that lead to a brighter future.
